What are Taste Points?: Taste Points are like credits. Collecting them allows you to enter for the chance to win all kinds of prizes.

What is an Official Code?: Official Codes are unique combinations of letters and numbers printed on or inside specially-marked Miller Lite packaging and on promotional materials at participating locations.
How many Taste Points do I need to enter for a chance to win a prize?: The number of Taste Points needed varies based on the prize. Check the Taste Points logo on each prize to find out how many Taste Points are required to enter for your chance to win.
What’s a Taste Points bank?: Every time you enter an Official Code online or via SMS, the number of Taste Points associated with that code is deposited in your Taste Points bank. When you enter for a chance to win prizes, the number of points required is withdrawn from your Taste Points bank.
Are Taste Points worth real money?: No. Taste Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Can I share or borrow Taste Points?: Sorry, your Taste Points cannot be transferred or shared.
Do my points expire?: You can collect and use Taste Points to enter for a chance to win prizes throughout the program, which begins at approximately 12:00:00 pm CT on 5/1/12 and ends 11:59:59 pm CT on 8/1/12. Your points expire and can no longer be used for anything when the program ends on 8/1/12.
When can I start using my Taste Points?: You can collect Official Codes as soon as you see them on specially-marked packaging of Miller Lite. You can then start entering them to get Taste Points on TastePoints.com when the sweepstakes starts at or about 12:00:00 pm CT on 5/1/12. Taste Points cannot be used towards sweepstakes entries until 5/1/12.
How many points Taste Points can I collect?: There’s no limit to the number of Taste Points you can collect and save Taste Points in your Taste Points bank until the program ends on 8/1/12, but you can only enter five (5) valid Official Codes per day.
How often can I enter Official Codes?: While you can collect as many Official Codes as you want, the Official Rules state that you can enter up to five (5) valid Official Codes per day.
Can I use points from other MillerCoors products?: No. You can only collect Taste Points by entering Official Codes from specially-marked packages of Miller Lite.
I bought a case and it doesn’t have a code¬—what do I do?: If you cannot find an Official Code on a specially-marked Miller Lite product, call 1-800-MILLER-6.
Where’s the code on the 24 oz. Miller Lite can?: Check the bottom of specially-marked Taste Points Miller Lite 24 oz. cans for Official Code timestamps. Enter the last 4 digits of that 9 digit code to collect Taste Points.
Can I get points without drinking/purchasing Miller Lite?: Yes. No purchase is necessary to obtain Official Codes for Taste Points. See the Official Rules for other ways to collect Taste Points, and keep your eyes out for special codes featured in stores or online.
What should I do if I can’t find the code or read the code on a Miller Lite product?: If you cannot read the Official Code on a Miller Lite product, call 1-800-MILLER-6.
Why does it say my code is invalid?: Please verify that you have entered the Official Code correctly. Only valid codes for this program may be used and you cannot enter more than 5 codes per day. If you’re still having problems, call 1-800-MILLER-6.
Can I get my points back after I submit them for a chance to win a prize?: Once you submit Taste Points and enter into a prize drawing for a chance to win, you cannot get them back.

PRIZES

How many times can I enter for a chance to win a specific prize?: You can enter up to 16 times a day as long as you have enough Taste Points.
Is there a limit on how many prizes I can enter for a chance to win?: There is no limit to how many prizes you can enter for a chance to win as long as you have enough Taste Points in your Taste Points bank.
Why can’t I see the same prizes as my friends?: Some prizes are only available to residents of certain states or zip codes.
Why do I see different prizes on different days?: We have a variety of prizes to give away during this program, so we had to set time limits on each prize. Check the “time left” stamp on prize descriptions to see how long you have left to enter for the chance to win.
Can I withdraw from a prize after I submitted points?: Once you submit points, you cannot withdraw prize entries or get the Taste Points back.
If I enter for a chance to win a prize, will it show up on my newsfeed?: Only if you want it to. Click the "Share" button to post entries, prizes, etc., to your Facebook wall and newsfeed.
What happens if I "Like" a prize?: It will be posted to your Facebook wall and appear in your newsfeed.
What does "Total Entries to date" mean?: This shows how many total times participants have entered for a chance to win that specific prize. This number is updated as close to real-time as possible.

PRIZE WINNERS

How will I know if I win?: Potential winners will be contacted via phone, email, mail and/or overnight delivery.
Can I win more than one prize?: There is no limit to how many prizes you can win.
How long will it take me to get my prize if I win?: Prizes will be shipped within approximately 8 weeks of verification.
Can I get cash instead of my prize? Can I pick something else?: No, there is no substitution or cash equivalent of a prize except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. However, if a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Do I have to pay for shipping?: No, If you are a verified winner, shipping is free!
Can I customize or change the prize I won?: Typically, our prizes cannot be customized or changed. But we’re pretty sure you’ll like what you get.
I won–why isn’t my name on the Past Winners list?: The names of past winners are displayed at random. Keep checking to see if your name appears.
What if I don’t want my name shown on the Past Winners list?: When you agree to the official rules, you authorize us to display your first name and last initial. We will not share any of your personal information.

I texted in a code to get Taste Points. Where are they?: Have you synced your mobile phone? Taste Points will appear in your Taste Bank only if you connect your phone to your online Taste Points account. When you sync your mobile, your Taste Points Bank will adjust to include Taste Points from the first 5 Official Codes entered on a given day. You will need to enter the Official Code, your date of birth (to verify you are 21), and your zip code (to see eligible prizes in your area).
What does "Sync Mobile" mean?: Sync Mobile just means link up or connect your mobile device to your Taste Points account. This will allow you to text Official Codes from your phone to collect Taste Points.
What is a verification code?: A verification code is a way to double-check that you entered the correct mobile number. By entering the verification code, you can complete the process of syncing your mobile and start texting Official Codes to collect Taste Points.
Can I change my mobile number or un-sync my mobile device?: No. Once you sync your mobile phone, you cannot change or un-sync on TastePoints.com. If your mobile number has changed, contact us at 1-800-MILLER-6.
If I sync my mobile, will I receive other SMS messages (spam)?: No, but you can opt to receive text messages from us when you submit your information on the registration form. Just check the mobile opt-in box and enter your phone number.

ADVENTURE GUIDE

What is an Adventure Guide?: The Miller Lite Adventure Guide is a brand ambassador that will serve as a guide to lucky consumers on their Vegas experience. They will assist other brand experts in duties such as guiding the opening night party, directing and accompanying Seize the Summer winners on their choice of Vegas adventures, managing crowds, checking wrist bands at various events, and other duties as assigned by the brand.
How many times can I apply?: You can only apply for the Adventure Guide position once.
How many guides will there be?: A total of 4 guides will be chosen from four major California markets.
How will the guides be chosen?: Submissions will be reviewed by a committee who will choose the final applicants.
Can I withdraw my application after I've submitted it?: No. Once you have submitted your application you are eligible, however you reserve the right to decline the position if offered to you.
